1. Our Services
IELTS Escort provides education consultancy services including IELTS preparation courses, study-abroad counseling, university application assistance, visa documentation support, and related services. Our role is advisory and support-based; final decisions on admissions, scholarships, and visas rest solely with universities and respective immigration authorities.
2. Service Fees
Fees for our services are communicated transparently before you commit to anything. Service fees once paid for work already initiated (document preparation, applications submitted, etc.) are non-refundable. University application fees, visa fees, and courier charges are paid directly to the respective institutions.
3. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
While we maximize your chances through expert preparation, we do not — and cannot — guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval. Any communication suggesting otherwise should be reported to our management.
4. Student Responsibilities
You agree to provide genuine documents and accurate information. Submission of fraudulent documents not only violates our terms but can result in university rejection, visa bans, and legal consequences. You are also responsible for meeting application deadlines communicated to you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to IELTS Escort and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion at our offices; unresolved matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
